Basic stances and forms

Note: Due to organisational and regional variations, the instructions for the forms on the following pages are merely a guideline.

Stances

  • Ready stance
  • Front stance

Basic form 1

  1. Starting from the ready stance, look towards your left.
  2. Turn your body 90 degrees to your left and perform a low block in front stance.
  3. Take 1 step forwards and perform a centre punch in front stance.
